Privacy Policy
Aisle respects your privacy and follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
Account details: your email, display name, account type, and your photo if you sign in with Google or Apple.
Wedding details: dates, towns, budgets, planner tasks, favorites, inquiries, booking requests and reviews you create.
Business details: listing information, photos, prices, contact details and availability.
Payment records: amounts, status and PayMongo reference numbers. We never see or store full card or e-wallet details.
2. How we use it
To run your account, show listings, pass your inquiries and booking requests to businesses, process payments, send sign-in codes and important notices, suggest suppliers through Match, and keep the site safe.
3. Who we share it with
Businesses you contact: they see your name, contact details and wedding date for the requests you send them.
Service providers: PayMongo for payments, our hosting and email providers, and an AI service that reads your Match description to suggest suppliers.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. What is public
Approved business listings and reviews (with the reviewer's display name) are visible to everyone. Your favorites, planner, inquiries, bookings and payments are private.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for payment and legal records. You may ask us to delete your account.
6. Security
Data is stored with access rules so each person only sees their own private records. Business photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived links.
7. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. You can edit your name anytime in your profile settings.
8. Cookies
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
9. How to contact us
Aisle is operated by Aisle. To ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to close your account, or to raise any privacy concern, email jsonreales@gmail.com. We aim to reply within two working days.
You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
