Terms and Conditions
These terms apply whenever you use Aisle, whether you are planning a wedding or running a wedding business. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
1. What Aisle is
Aisle is a directory that connects couples with wedding suppliers in the Bicol Region. We help you find businesses, send inquiries, request bookings and pay deposits. The services themselves (food, venues, photography and so on) are provided by each business, not by Aisle.
2. Your account
You need an account to save favorites, send inquiries, book or list a business. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Each account is either a couple account or a business account, chosen once after sign-up.
3. Business listings
Businesses must give accurate names, locations, prices, photos and contact details, and only upload photos they own or may use.
New listings are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may hide or remove a listing that is misleading, inactive or breaks these terms.
4. Bookings
A booking request is not final until the business confirms it. Once confirmed, the date is held for that couple. Either side may cancel through the site; any refund depends on the agreement between the couple and the business.
5. Deposits and payments
Payments are processed by PayMongo using GCash, Maya or cards. The deposit is 20% of the business's starting price, at least ₱500. The balance is the final price set by the business minus what was already paid, and is due 30 days before the wedding.
Aisle does not store your card or e-wallet details.
6. Reviews and messages
Reviews must reflect a real experience. Do not post abusive, false or promotional content. We may remove content that breaks this rule.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no spam, scraping, fake accounts, attempts to bypass payments or security, or impersonating others. We may disable accounts that do.
8. Limits of responsibility
We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee every detail. Aisle is not a party to agreements between couples and businesses and is not liable for the quality or delivery of their services, to the extent the law allows.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
10. Who runs Aisle and how to reach us
Aisle is operated by Aisle, a wedding supplier directory for the Bicol Region.
